GET MOVIN’ - is an exhilarating dance class! This class will burn off calories while you’re having fun!
$6 per class
MIX IT UP – A dance class with a true variety of styles and sounds to keep you stimulated in the joy of dance. $6 per class
HAVIN’ A BALL - A standing drum class involving aerobic movement plus drumming patterns. Your body and mind will both be active in this class. Purchase equipment needed contact jodiemariebarris@gmail.com No fee for class
DANCE PARTY - Latin inspired dance cardio class
$6 per class
LET’S MOVE - This class is an easy going, and easy to follow dance class with our own Richard Simmons, aka Tony! This class is a medium cardio dance class. You won’t find a better workout. $6 per class
DANSIN’ WITH AMIE – This class will include mild stretching to music to warm up & then fun music to dance to and then cool down stretching. $6 per class
S.E.A.T. - A chair-based program to boost strength, balance and flexibility by using great music! $6 per class
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LINE DANCE - Enjoy a light exercise while doing line dance to popular music. (Must know basic Line Dance Steps.) No fee
BEGINNING HULA
In this class you will learn the basic hand and feet movements.
No fee for class
HULA - Learn ancient style, modern & traditional dances of Hawaii.
$6 per class
ABSOLUTE BEGINNER LINE DANCE – If you’ve always wanted to learn how to Line Dance this class is for you. This class is designed for the absolute beginner. $6 per class
SITTIN’ & MOVIN’ – The name says it all! This class is designed for people who are limited in mobility, balance and other physical issues or just want a great upper body workout.
$6 per class
PARTY LINE DANCE – Learn dances that are done at all types of events – The Wobble, Cha Cha Slide, The Hustle and many more! Come join the fun & feel confident to dance at any party event! $6 per class
HIGH BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE LINE DANCE - Enjoy a light exercise while doing line dance to popular music. (Must know basic Line Dance Steps.) No fee
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LINE DANCE – Must know line dance steps in order to take this class.
$6 per class
BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE LINE DANCE – Once you’ve mastered the basic line dance steps, you’ll be ready for this class. No fee.
